TYPES OF NEW LEARNING

After admission, students may earn credit for new learning in these ways:

1. CALCampus courses that apply to your degree program. See the Current Course List for currently available courses and prices.

2. Standardized tests for college credit. You may take any of these standardized exams in your local area. If you wish to use other college-level examinations, contact the director.

     College-Level Examination Program (CLEP)
     DANTES - military
     Excelsior College Examinations--formerly Regents College

3. We accept postsecondary level courses in transfer from other institutions. Students may take courses at other institutions while enrolled in this diploma program and transfer applicable courses into this program.
