Your CALCampus distance learning courses are designed for individual study and are taught by qualified instructors. Course materials are provided online for you to download and study offline. In some courses, you will need to buy a textbook. There are weekly homework assignments. You will communicate with your instructors through Internet e-mail, and we provide the option of realtime classroom conferencing with your instructors and other students on the CALCampus Online System. Your homework assignments and tests are evaluated by your instructor and you will receive comments and guidance as you progress through your courses.
CALCampus operates on the honor system. This system presumes that the student will do his/her own academic work and all assignments submitted for evaluation will be done solely by the student.
As a CALCampus student, you will have your own CALCampus User ID and password, which you will use to enter the online campus whenever you wish. The campus allows you to download course materials and to communicate with your instructors.
Teachers in the CALCampus high school program all hold accredited degrees and have teaching experience. Most have been teaching both online and offline for many years. Your courses will be offered through the CALCampus Online System (http://www.calcampus.com), which is accessible through the Web on the Internet.
You may enroll and start your studies at any time. Proceed at your own pace. Most students will complete this program within two years. Students need to have a computer (any kind) with an Internet connection.
