The Applied Computer Applications certificate program provides students with marketable skills for employement in computer operation, computer support, or computer applications. Students not only learn the major computer applications, but also study business mathematics, communications skills, and the fundamentals of computers resulting in a well-rounded qualification for future employment or further college study.

Incoming students must have a high school diploma, or equivalent. Since all of our students are already online and are actively using computers, fundamental computer keyboarding skills are presumed.

Students must have access to a computer with the application programs: Access, Excel, Word, FrontPage, and PowerPoint.

Students have up to 24 months to complete the entire program under their initial enrollment period, but many students will complete this program in one year by taking two courses every three months. Students may proceed at a faster pace, if they wish.
