CALCampus
Individual Courses
CALCampus offers individual courses to students from other schools, as well as those who are not currently enrolled in a school. The ability to take individual
courses without being in a program appeals to four major types of
people:
- Students who would like to take additional courses for transfer credit to their own schools
- Students who need to take a course as an admission requirement for college
- People who need to take a course to advance in their career
- People who simply want to learn about a subject
The program of study at CALCampus offers many benefits to students:
- Our rolling admission allows students to start their course at any
time during the year
- The courses take ten weeks on average; however, on an individual
basis, the pace of the course can be sped up or slowed down to allow the
student to meet possible deadlines
- Our school is nationally and internationally recognized
- Students only take the courses that they need
We accept students from other schools and colleges who want to
take just one or two individual courses for transfer into their local
school program. Even if you are not currently attending a school, you
may sign up for individual courses with us.
CALCampus courses are nationally recognized and taught by
highly qualified and experienced online teachers who also have experience in teaching at conventional schools and colleges.
High schools and colleges from all over the country accept
CALCampus credits. See the list of schools that have recognized and accepted CALCampus courses.
Check the individual course descriptions for prerequisites. See the Course List and click on the course numbers to read the course descriptions. If no
prerequisites are posted in the description, the course is open to anyone
who has the general academic background for this level of study or who
has been recommended by a school advisor. Remember, if you are taking
the course to get credit at your school, check with them to ensure that
they will accept it for credit.
Once you have selected an individual course, go to our Registration page
for further instructions.
If you are a school and would like to use CALCampus as a source for courses to enhance your local curriculum, we would be pleased to open our doors to your students. Contact Director of CALCampus.
