COMPLETION TIMES and REACTIVATIONS

Individual Courses
Courses are designed to be completed within a 12-week term.  Individual course registrations are 
active for six months from date of your Course Confirmation letter from the Registrar. After six 
months from the date of course confirmation, students need to request a reactivation and 
extension of the particular course and get approval from the Registrar and the instructor.

Reentry into a course is done by requesting a course reactivation in writing to the Registrar. 
If approved, the course reactivation costs $25. Two reactivations per course are allowed over a 
total of 18 months from the original course confirmation date. From 6-12 months from original 
course confirmation, the course reactivation costs $25.  After 12 months from original course 
confirmation, the reactivation costs $50.  After 18 months, the student needs to submit a new 
course registration form and full payment for the course as posted on the current course list. 

Programs
Programs are to be completed within a two year period. If a student does not make satisfactory 
progress in completing courses per 12-week term within the program, the student must request a 
course reactivation every 6 months and pay the $25 per course reactivation fee. (If paying on a 
per course basis, the individual course cost will remain the same for a period of 18 months from 
date of original enrollment.)  After 12 months of not making a good effort to complete the 
required courses in a program, the student must request a program reactivation which costs $50 in 
addition to the individual course reactivation fees.  After 24 months, the program enrollment is 
cancelled and the student must reapply as a new student for the program and pay current program 
costs.
